1. 規約への同意
E-Nikki（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約（以下「本規約」）に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本アプリをご利用いただけません。
2. サービスの概要
本アプリは、以下の機能を提供するAI搭載の絵日記アプリケーションです。
- 日記の作成・管理
- AIアバターの作成
- AIによるイラスト（シーン画像）の自動生成
- カレンダー表示による日記の閲覧
- 週間スライドショーの作成・共有
3. アカウント
- 本アプリの利用にはアカウント登録が必要です。
- ユーザーは、正確な情報を提供し、アカウント情報を安全に管理する責任を負います。
- アカウントの不正使用があった場合、速やかにご連絡ください。
4. ユーザーコンテンツ
- ユーザーが作成した日記、写真、アバター情報（以下「ユーザーコンテンツ」）の著作権は、ユーザーに帰属します。
- AIが生成したイラストおよびアバター画像の利用権は、ユーザーに付与されます。
- ユーザーは、本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲で、ユーザーコンテンツの利用を許諾するものとします。
5. 禁止事項
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に反するコンテンツの作成
- 他者の権利を侵害するコンテンツの作成
- 本アプリの不正利用、リバースエンジニアリング、またはシステムへの不正アクセス
- AIサービスの悪用（大量リクエスト等）
- 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせや迷惑行為
6. AI生成コンテンツについて
- AI生成イラストは、入力された日記の内容に基づいて自動生成されます。
- 生成結果の正確性、品質、適切性について、完全な保証はいたしかねます。
- 不適切なコンテンツが生成された場合は、ご報告ください。
7. サービスの変更・中断
- 本アプリの機能は、予告なく変更・追加・削除される場合があります。
- メンテナンスやその他の理由により、サービスが一時的に中断される場合があります。
- サービスの変更・中断に起因する損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
8. 免責事項
- 本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。
- データの損失、サービスの中断、AI生成コンテンツの内容について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
- ユーザーは、重要なデータのバックアップを自己の責任で行ってください。
9. 規約の変更
本規約は、必要に応じて変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内で通知します。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
10. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に基づいて解釈されるものとします。

- Diary creation and management
- AI avatar creation
- AI-generated illustrations (scene images)
- Calendar-based diary viewing
- Weekly slideshow creation and sharing
3. Accounts
- An account is required to use the App.
- You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure.
- Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
- You retain ownership of your diary entries, photos, and avatar information ("User Content").
- You are granted usage rights for AI-generated illustrations and avatar images.
- You grant us a license to use your User Content as necessary to provide the App's features.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Create content that violates laws or public morals
- Create content that infringes on the rights of others
- Misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Abuse AI services (e.g., excessive requests)
- Harass or disturb other users
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated illustrations are automatically created based on your diary entries.
- We cannot fully guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content.
- Please report any inappropriate generated content.
7. Service Changes and Interruptions
- App features may be changed, added, or removed without prior notice.
- The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or other reasons.
- We are not liable for damages caused by service changes or interruptions.
8. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is."
- We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or the content of AI-generated material.
- You are responsible for backing up your important data.
9. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated as needed. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
